The following is a general idea of what is usually included in regular office cleaning

Offices

  • Remove trash and replace liner as necessary
  • Remove shredded material and clean shredder 
  • Clean desk 
  • Clean glass desktops, inside of windows, window sills, glass doors and partitions
  • Clean light fixtures, wall hangings, baseboards, window blinds
  • Clean tables, chairs, bookshelves, filing cabinets. etc.
  • Vacuum and/or mop floors
  • Anything else we see in need of attention

Kitchen

  • Clean countertop
  • Clean all countertop appliances
  • Refrigerators
  • Stoves and ovens
  • Sink
  • The dishwasher will be loaded and we will run a cycle
  • Remove trash and replace liners
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Clean exterior of cabinets, and the interior on request
  • Clean wall hangings, baseboards, window blinds, inside of windows
  • Anything else we see in need of attention

Common Areas

  • Dust and clean file cabinets, tables, bookshelves, tables, chairs, sofas, wall hangings, etc.
  • Vacuum and wash floors
  • Clean baseboards, inside of windows, window blinds, sills, etc
  • Dust copy machines and printers.  These machines produce heat and therefore, generate a lot of dust.  We clean what we can either by dusting or vacuuming.  We will move floor copiers occasionally if possible in order to clean behind them.
  • Anything else we see in need of attention

Bathrooms

  • Clean the interior and exterior of toilets and urinals
  • Clean walls, baseboards, partitions, wall hangings, etc.
  • Clean mirror, sinks, countertops, fixtures, etc.
  • Remove trash and replace liner.
  • Fill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc. as necessary.
  • Vacuum and wash floor
  • Anything else we see in need of attention

Other

  • All offices are different and can have different needs.  If something was not listed but is in your office, rest assured that we will clean it, dust it, make it shine, etc.  If you ever have any questions, simply ask us, leave a note, etc.

Frequency

  • The frequency of each cleaning is a personal choice for each office. We have some offices where we simply remove the trash each week while giving a thorough cleaning like the list above only once a month.  We also have some offices that prefer the above list to be done every night.  Proper cleaning takes time and thus, we try to fit a thorough cleaning like above into every budget.
